Where is the diagnostic port on the '84?

Where is the diagnostic port on the '84?
Any help would be great!!!

If its what im thinking, it should be under the dash by the bottom of the steering coloum.

drivers right knee. i used a gm connector from auto parts store. slips in perfect.
