Plexiglass Rear Window
I'm looking for a plexi rear window for my C4.
Anybody know of a source?

I bought mine from Melrose T-Tops. $350. It's made by FiveStar and fits nice.

Is a Lexan rear window street legal? I noticed only the front window said race only. I have a vert anyway, just curious.
Thanks

Lexan is not DOT certified. And you would not want to run it on the street as it would be destroyed fairly quickly.
Melrose and EM sell it. Never checked out percys.

Sunlight, road debris, using the wipers, improper washing.
Most people will not stand for the wind leaks/noise that you get with it as well.

Yup. 3/16" for NASA.
As far as wear and tear goes....I understand that the older "lexan/acrylic " windows are the ones that yellow w/ UV exposer over time. The newer polycarbonate (sp??) windows last much longer but are still sensitive to wipers/ rough cleaning, etc...
