I need a new clutch. My plans for the car are to get it blown. So I dont want a stock replacement. Who makes a good clutch and flywheel set up for a decent price.
1993 M6 LT1 with the FX3 package. If anyone needs any more info to help me purchase the clutch I need, let me know!
Its getting really bad. I cant even drive the car anymore. So Id like to get the ball rolling on this!

You might want to check with ZFDoc to get his opinion. He probably knows more about the ZF 6 speed than the guys who designed it and can give you a good idea of what will work with your planned non OEM set-up.
Horsepower TV recently aired an episode; had a company called "Hays" that had a complete performance clutch set up for LT/X powered vehicles, all F and Y bodies. You can maybe do a search on the company and see what they are all about. I'm running a RAM set up in mine with a Fidanza alum. FW; but after I installed the RAM clutch (pressure plate and friction disc) recently, reverse gear has a terrible chatter, causing the whole car to shake violently???? They say that is "normal" and to keep driving it until it breaks in....
Excellent! Well it looks like Im going to be going through a local LSx performance shop. They recommended a spec stage 3 clutch and just to resurface my existing FW to keep this install "on the cheap" so to speak! Their install price was close to half of what anyone else estimated and they are extremely knowledged in the field.
Im pretty excited to have the Vster back on the road! Unfortunately. Northern NJ got our first snow last night so she wont be seeing a lot of road time!
I'm not sure, but I thought resurfacing the FW can cause chattering since the engine is externally balanced. Am I smoking crack on this or what? I'm soon facing the same decision, but I thought that we can use the FW only if it doesn't need resurfacing. Thoughts???

As far as I know, you cannot resurface the Dual mass flywheel

It depends, I had mine resurfaced 18 months ago and it's fine. I replaced the clutch pack and slave at the same time. There are members on here who claim you absolutely can't do it. They are wrong!
It seems that some members think that every time you replace the clutch, the FW needs to be replaced? I don't think this is true, but does anyone have a guideline that they use to check for wear on the FW and when it needs replacing?
