I have a 92 Lt1 corvette and in the future I plan to port and polish the heads, install LT4 hotcam, Lt4 valvesprings, 1.6RR, 1 5/8 LT headers, and get a computer tune. Does anyone have an idea of how many horsepower I might make? I was guessing somewhere in the mid 300s.

Ahhh the elusive question! How much HP? I hope to find out in a few months. From what I have dug up over the past year or so, you can expect anywhere from 325 to 400 at the wheels if you do everything you have said plus make sure your TQ converter and gear selection are in the correct power band for your cam.
I went ahead and bought the Lloyd Elliot LE2 heads with what he calls the LE2 Emissions Cam (it is specd for TQ and HP but will pass emissions hopefully) See Link that Rick provided above
