http://www.araoengineering.com/pakag...age%202%20Port Just looking around at some heads and these things seem to have some pretty good flow numbers. I was wondering if anyone here has ran these before in a corvette? And if so, are there any intakes out there that would flow enough and fit under a stock hood.

Watch their shop car make passes down my street all the time

THey are a large piece, doubt anything as far as factory accessories/brackets would fit on them. Interesting piece though.

There was an f-body that used the dominion 32valve heads on an LTx motor before. I didnt read the link much but it appears it's a similar idea. The camaro made 650+ hp on the motor alone.

If you are going to go that exotic you might as well put a set of 15* heads on and make abot 800hp

How can you have 32 valves on a car that uses a 16 valve camshaft?

2 rockers mounted together, on a shaft. Each push rod opens 2 valves=32 valve head using a 16 lobe cam.
Seems simple now, doesn't it.

I had a Honda CX 500 motorcycle back in the 80s that operated the same way.

Why not? I can see one pushrod opening two valves. Hell, it would be as simple as having the pushrod in the middle of the rockers pushing up on a plate that would be connected to both rockers. If the metal used to connect the rockers was the right kind of metal and held it's properties, each valve would open the same amount every time. However, after visiting the website, i can think of alot cheaper ways to get the kind of horsepower you may be looking for. 5 grand for a set of heads? That's kinda stiff......

There has been a lot of talk about these over on LS1Tech. AFAIK, only one, maybe two, cars have these on and are actually running. Tons and tons of fabrication work is required. I would personally go with SB2.2 stuff long before I tried these.

Yeah I guess that makes sense, I think i've seen a similar setup on a B&S lawnmower engine Its cool that you can do that, but it seems like too much money to me.
