I got my car back from having a set of headers made and they turned out great. He also did a complete exhaust 3" back to my Corsa muffs.
The shop was JL Fabrication in Harrisonburg, VA. They do everything from simple exhaust to complete chassis build.
Fitment is great, they are 1 7/8 tubes with 3.5 collectors and tuck up real nice. Maybe a 1/2" lower than the pan. I asked him to do the band clamps because I wasn't sure how it would all work out and wanted to be able to put bullet cats in there w/out a whole lot of trouble.
Resonance is still non-existent
Why Corsa won't do a 3" uni is beyond me. You can see in the last pic that it was necked down to 2.5 just past the diff.
He did a pretty trick job on the Vac pump (below)...it looks meant to be. The whole tensioner bracket was removed and the belt is adjusted by the alternator.
Thanks for all the compliments. I wish I could take credit for the work but this stuff is way over my head. I have a welder, need to learn to use it.

That is still the case so I just seperated the system. The "technology" is mostly in the mufflers so I took a chance and could not be happier. I have the resonator and the rest of the pipe in the garage.
