Default Flywheel Weights Needed

Help

I purchased a new GM Dual Mass flywheel & Clutch unit off the forum the first part of the year. I finally got to actually changing the clutch this weekend. What an experance

Problem is, the new flywheel has three counter weights installed on the oposite side of where the ones are on my old flywheel. I have tried the Corvette store, Two different GM dealers, and all the local auto parts stores (4). Same old story. Not available. The dealer said that the weights are not sold sepertly.

I am looking for Two weights. If you have any in your tool box. please let me know asap.

Thanks in advance

Default The weights

Here's the part# 3890192 The nearest dealer with any stock to you looks like Freedom Chevrolet in San Antonio. I would think they would drop a couple 3-5 in the mail to you! They're a $1 or less each! If a dealer closer ordered them for you they would be probably 3-4 days away on a regular order but there should be no shipping. Can you wait!!!!
You've just run upon someone "not familiar" with the flywheel and it's balance.

Freedom's # looks like 1-800-749-5826

Scratch them being the closest. Here's some more in Texas:

Stonebriar Chevrolet Frisco (but they've only got maybe 3)
Lynn Smith Chevrolet Burleson 1-888-855-9849 (9 probably)
West Point Parts Center Houston 1-800-364-6444 (7 probably)
Mac Haik Chevrolet Houston You'll need to search their # (20 or more)

Just tell them some "hillbilly" from WV suggested a buy from them! I don't know them from Adam!
