Vortech kit tuning
I bought a 94 with the base vortech kit. I would like to have it tuned instead of using the fuel management unit that is one it. What all would I need to do or remove for this. There is also a timing adjustment box. Would I want to remove this? I am just trying to get an idea what would be involved in this. Thanks.

Check with PCMFORLESS.COM I had Alvin tune my 92 and had an excellent result. As to parts needed, you will want a 255 lph in tank pump, larger injectors, a fuel pressure and boost pressure gauges. If you stay stock otherwise, 30 # inj will be OK. Its not a good idea to exceed 6 PSI boost on the stock motor.
