I have a used (but newer) one off my 86. If you want it, $20.00 shipped.
I have already installed another used one and I am trying to find someone that knows how to rebuild the one I removed to keep it for a spare. I also don't know if they will interchange but Thanks!
How does it start in the morning, especially where you live?
I went through a lot of changes with mine. I remember it took longer cranking but I didn't leave it that way very long. I deleted the system and then used the PROM code from an '89 which fires all the injectors for start up. I could use that code as mine is an auto. I would think it would cost little in a tune to delete the cold start and add in the injector firing feature.
Damn,I just threw a good one away when I fitted the superam. Are you sure you need it? my starts just fine but I am in Florida.
One thing I have learned, G.M. is the cheapest company on the planet, they work on fractions of a penny. My point is, if they put it there, it was necessary and not because they like to spend money, Mike

That was excellent thinking on your part. I checked with the guys over at Art's Corvette Parts in Fort Lauderdale about the e-prom and they agreed but unfortunately the e-prom has been discontinued, Mike
