Instrument display freezes
Anyone have experience with the digital portion of the instruments (speedometer, fuel info, and odo) freezing. It used to happen infrequently, but it is starting to happen more often. The first time it lasted about 5 seconds now I've seen it happen for up to 2 minutes. I think I've even noticed it going back to normal (unfreezing) when I hit a bump.

Your profile states you have a '94.
So, the digital part of the display is "driven" electronically by the CCM (some people call it the "body" computer).
My guess is there is something wrong with the CCM.

The heater/AC controls sometimes do not respond. I thought it might be the buttons, but when it happens no buttons do anything.
The PKE system doesn't work either, but most interesting is that the PKE light doesn't illuminate on the DIS when the ignition is turned to on. Nor does it light when trying to program the PKE system using the buttons on the fuel panel. I procured a schematic a while back and proved two things 1. the bulb in the PKE position is fine so that's not the problem. 2. The reset signal sent from the fuel control panel when the buttons are set to program the PKE controler to active is being sent to the PKE Module. I've even tried to program a friends working PKE fob to my computer/car, no go.
