Default ZF clutch fork pivot ball help

hi all

wanted to change the clutch today on my friends 91, everything went smooth, until i got to the bellhousing and the clutch fork pivot ball...

anyways, i wasnt able to get it out, i had to cut off the pivot ball in the bellhousing for removing it..

can you give me a part number for this ?

i have the capabilities in the company im working for, to have it made of tool steel...should i go this route?

thank you

It uses a 12mm allen to remove it and it is a reverse thread. But I guess this is useless now if you cut it in half already.

Hi

i have done this on my vette before, so i know that this bolt is clockwise to remove...problem was, that the bolt that tight, so the allen cracked the bolt...no chance to remove...

Part has been discontinued.

I can get a new one for around 50 bucks.
