Talk to Jack French. San Diego 858 453-7723. It's 55$ per shock unless fx3 then 100 per. turn around time about three weeks or for 70$ more plus expensive shipping, you get them faster.
Just did it but haven't got them in the car yet.

Here's an 800 number for Bilstein: 800 537 1085. Last time I called (about a year ago), they wanted $50/shock for a rebuild with custom valving.

Talk to Sam Strano. Stranoparts.com

He can not only rebuild, but can custom valve if you want and is more knowledgeable, with actual racing experience, than other vendors I have talked to.

There are only a few specific exceptions to this warranty. They include:

original equipment shock absorbers - which are warrantied by the vehicle manufacturer,
improper installation,
racing, driving competition or off-road use,
use on modified or other than Bilstein-recommended vehicles
