LIFTERS FOR LT-4 HOTCAM KIT
What lifters work best with the LT-4 hotcam kit? Do I need to even buy new ones? Where is the best place to get them if I do? I have a '93 LT-1 auto.

The stock ones can be reused if they are in good shape. Roller lifters, unlike flat lifters, can be reused when replacing a cam.

Always inspect your lifters for wear but unless you have a lot of miles (80K+) you should be able to reuse them. Comp Cams does make a nice set of lightweight roller lifters if you decide you need/want to install new ones. Don't know if they are really worth the extra money, though.

Well, depending on how you drive and how many miles are on the car, I woudl think about replacing them. I think the regular Comp Cams ones are great! If you want a little added insurance for $10 you can get the Comp Cams "R" lifters. They are AWESOME pieces.
