'88 Won't Idle
I have my 88 C4 in a storage spot and I go there every week to start her up. In fact I took her out last week and everything was fine. Now today I went there she started right up but wont idle. She has a full tank w/ stabil in it btw. If I give her any amount of gas it'll run but as soon as I get off the pedal she'll stall out. Now a few years ago I had an '85 T/A with the 305TPI and had the same problem. Ended up replacing the MAF sensor though that never solved the problem. This car has a new Bosch MAF that I put on a few months back. I don't understand what couldve changed from a week ago when I took her out. ANy ideas? Oil pressure seemed to be normal btw.

Check to see if the IAC is working. You can ground terminal A and B of the ALDL. Go the passenger side and put your finger on the IAC connector. You should feel "clicks". When the ECM is in diagnostic mode, it will command the IAC to close fully in the IAC port in the throttle body. Might even want to take the thottle body off and IAC out and clean good with throttle body cleaner and an old toothbrush.
Could be many things causing the situation, but I would check there first.
