I would say less than 30lbs a head. Probably closer to 25lbs each. I have a set right now that I am working on, and they are SUPER light. My brother replaced one iron head on his 1990 Chevy W/T 1500 truck which is a V6, and I think it weighed more than both my heads together. :D
Sorry, I meant the whole motor with heads. Forgot I was asking C4 guys. :lol: I called one shop they told me 450lbs for the whole thing, I think that sounds a bit low....

I guess that jives with the 430# figure above...
I've read that an LT5 (aluminum) long block out weighs the L98 by about 100lbs! :eek:
My car ways 3,052 lbs, so if you can figure out how much the chassis/body/transmission/rear end/suspension weighs, you'll know the weight of the engine. :) :D :p:
