Has anyone tried the LT1 replacement mufflers from Corvette Central. They are not OEM style replacements, but look very similar, a little smoother, and are touted to give that deep tone and better performance. Not looking for anything real brash...this sounds about right. Amd the price is $229 pair. Any comments from anyone that has these?

If you intend to do headers DO NOT DO ELIMINATORS. Personally I like my flowmasters, interior resonance is pretty loud, but outside they aren't really that bad. Throaty but fairly mild. Now that I have my headers the car sounds downright evil, I'm glad I didn't go with "eliminators" (why do vette people have to dress this up? It's just a fancy word for straight pipes or "no mufflers" I guess that's not classy enough) because if I had the car would be WAY too loud.

I will agree the "elimintors" sounds great as long as the cats are intact, if you have any plans of removing those then you will just be paying to have mufflers put back on.
