Since I've owned an 06 ZO6 for the last 2 years, the LT1 ZO7 hasn't been driven as much. Thought about modding it a bit to keep up with the ZO6.
What kind of horsepower and torque could I expect with a 9 to 1 comp, AFR 180 head, 115 deg, 212/218dur, 550"lift roller cam, 52mm Tb and 7ibs of boost from an intercooled procharger.
Also how does MSD'd opti-spark compare to GM's

Reason: typo
I would guess around between 425-450 rwhp.(That would be close to 500 at the crank). Do you have the long-tube headers already? Stock exhaust will choke that combo.
How much boost would I need to reach 550HP at the wheels?
MY bad! I was thinking of a later ZO6. Not the new monster! Congrats on owning one of those. Depending on H/C combo you could see close to or even 400 rwhp. 8 pounds of boost should net you 125 more. 12 psi and your there. Talk to guys in forced induction section for better info.
