Heater question
I am in ohio and need some help with my heater. I have removed the A/C compressor and the top line and storage tank for the freeon. However I thought that wouldn't affect the heater. The fan is working properly and I'm getting plenty of air in the cabin but I get no heat. What are common problems with the heater and if I could get a FSM diagram of how the heating system works in PDF it would be greatly appreciated.

There is a vacuum controlled valve in the engine bay near the drivers side firewall, when vacuum is applied to it the flow of hot coolant to the heater core is stopped so make user it is operating correctly.
When the temp slider is set to hot the vacuum should be shut off and hot water flowing through the heater core.
