I see the Miniram in the background. How did the two intakes compare performance wise?

never used the miniram. The intake ports on my ported Brodix head were too tall for it and left 1/16" gap with the intake on that you could look down into the runner

Wow it looks like Callaway welded up the sides where the runners would have gone then cut out the bottom of the TPI plenum and mounted it to the intake manifold. I wonder how much work this would be?

I am using the MRIII (fastburn) TPiS intake. I had my builder compare the port size form the AFR 227's and the GMPP Fastburns (210cc). The port hieght is the same hieght while the floor on the AFR 227 is 0.060" higher of the deck....in short I got lucky with my purchase 2 years ago with minimum port matching needed.

Chris, can you put up a dyno graph again. I know your motor is a rev'r, I just don't remember where it peaked at.

Here ya go..This was with only 30 miles on the motor I'm planning on switching to a bigger cam with more duration and lift to better match the heads and intake. This is with a 236/236 .587 lift on a 110LSA solid roller. Next cam will be a 242/250 with over .600 lift on a 114LSA... Even with the short runners it has a nice broad torque curve..

Thanks all! There are some great looking setups here, and I'm glad I'm not totally nutz for thinking of such a thing.

Chris, How is fuel supplied? I don't see injectors/fuel rail.

Now I'm need to research even more things to come up with what I want to do Need to read up some more.
