Default Best place to BUY FAST XFI computer for tuning???

Where is a good place to purchase a new FAST XFI stand alone computer to run my turbocharged LT1. Seems most places want well over 2,000 dollars.

I ran across this after posting to your other post and have no experience with it but I seriously like the idea of being able to just unplug the factory computer and plug this one in and go. fully tunable with a built in 4 bar map sensor for boosted applications. My only question which maybe rick can answer would be the use of a wideband O2 sensor, but for ease of installation and being able to oplkug it in and go this is truly hard to beat.. it is right on up there along the lines of the greddy emanage that Rick was mentioning in your other post.

Rick whats up with megasquirt and wideband o2?

price looks good on this one as well... if it can use a regulkar innovative or similar wideband or even better if you can switch the ecp to work with a wideband rather then a narrow band with minimal headache it would be a no brainer for me!

First timer install of DFI or Megasquirt could take up to 8-10 hrs. When Rick did the installed the very first megasquirt on my ex-car with WB02 took 8-10hrs. And later installed DFI took about 8 hrs to figured everything and got it up running. Now he probably can do it 4-5hrs I guess.

Hi Wilddr805,

I'm a FAST dealer and have done several vehicles with the Plug-N-Play PCM to XFI harness for Vettes. It's great & works!

Best regards,
Greg

Plug n play is the best way to go. Unplug factory ECM and plug in new harness. Done. Just had to make a mount for the FAST box and route the wiring for the laptop into the cabin.

Hi Greg, as you know I am looking to start my own tuning (supercharged LT1) - would FAST be a good option for me? Andy.

questions because this is very interesting and the time I did mine I had to do a complete wire splice into the factory ECM so the stock computer ran all my accessories and the DFI Gen 7 ECU ran the motor.

does the big stuff three for that price have a plug n play harness??????

Greg, does the FAST plug n play harness work as a direct plug n play with the 94-96 vettes? very interested!

Default Ordered the FAST XFI computer with 2BAR MAP

Bought all the goodies with a 2 BAR MAP, Ignition harness, full harness and all $2,100 out the door. Not to bad I feel on pricing as some wanted 2500. Should install next week.
