When the car has been parked for some days its hard to start! When it finaly does the idle is very low, sometimes it even stalls, but as soon as the car is varmed up it runs like it should!
How do i check to see if i have any codes? I have a OBD2 scanner could i use that one? Heard that -95 has some hybrid between obd1/obd2!? If my scanner doesnt work how do i hotwire the thing for codes?
My obdII will scan the codes on my 95 very nicely. It also monitors the engine as it's running. If yours will plug into the receptacle it will probably work. My chevy dealer told me that 95's came both ways. If the receptacle fits up to the scanner, it will probably work. My scanner works on my 97 pickup and my 95 corvette.
Try it and see.

its sounds like your iac idle air control motor is not working or it may be stuck.
Try removing it and cleaning the carbon off and also clean the intake were it sits in.
Also try cleaning the throttle plates.
