Low Tire Pressure Warning System
Have codes showing Left Front, Left rear, & Right rear sensors. Am I to assume the sensors are bad and simply replace them, or is there another fix like removing and cleaning?
Having never done this, I don't understand how the system works...or as the old joke goes..."How do it know?"
Any knowledge would be appreciated.

I know this may be a dumb question but are you getting the "LPTWS" light or "Low Tire Pressure" light? You can take them out of their mounting case ... at least I could on my '92. If it were the "LTPWS" light then I would say you have sensor problems. You could inspect the circuit board for cold solder joints (broke solder joints) and carefully resolder them. If they are trashed used ones are available ... I got my replacement from sensor from Ed's Corvette Shanty.
