Default Transmission rebuild need help

I'm getting ready to drop my transmission for a rebuild. I want to beef up the tranny (700R) to with stand the torqe from my 383 and increase the WOT shift point to at least 5800 rpm. My question is .... where can I find the performance parts I need?? and is there a complete kit??

Run a search on my name and there will be days of reading.
There is no true "complete" kit, but everything you need is available. Avoid buying everything recommended on a website of a parts supplier. Most aftermarket parts are weaker than stock.
The trick is to find a guy who truly knows, and pick his brains.

Thanks Guys!! This is a lot of helpful info. One last question ... What is the estimated cost for all parts needed to complete the build?

I have recently switched jobs, and do not have much time to build transmissions. I have quite a stock of quality parts that are sitting on a shelf doing nothing. If they is anything you need, let me know and possibly I can save you a few bucks.
