A different offset
17"x 11" rear rims. These have the 36mm
offset.
At the time I bought them, the 50mm offset was
either not available or I wasn't aware of their availability.
As time has passed I've gotten a bit tired of the look of the
rear wheels extending out from under the fenders as far as they do.
I've thought of putting on the 9.5" rims like the fronts, but they don't
look like they fill the wheel well completely enough.
What I've been thinkink about is going to the
38mm offset (84-87) on all four wheels.
Compared to the 56mm offset, the wheels would be
set outward by just over .700"
Does anyone have experience with this?
Would this cause
1)clearance probs?
2)wheel beariing probs?
3)handling probs?
4)other probs?
What do you guys think?
