Well, when I noticed my car was getting kinda hot. I looked under the hood, and seen that the connector that connects to the auxillary fan switch(The one that makes the auxillary fan turn on at whatever temp the switch is), that's in the drivers side head, was completely broken off. Seems like the connector just CRUMBLED. Any ideas on where to get a new connector? Or if I can make one?
Re: 87 Corvette Aux. Fan Switch Connector? (TIMSPEED)
When I ordered my HyperTech low temp aux fan sw a new connector came with it but my original was also toast so I used the new one.
I've heard that the knock sensor/coolant temp sw is the same. It's shown in Eckler's as P/N 30545, 84-95 Connector, Knock/Coolant Temp, $3.99. Check your knock sensor connector to see if it would fit your aux fan relay to be sure.
