New Helmet
I am looking into getting a new helmet. I am open to any brand but I do want full face. my question is I need to know where I can go to try on a bunch of different helmets at a shop before I order. also what is the process for getting a helmet drilled and HANS clips installed? I am located in SoCal thanks

I just went down to my local motorcycle dealer and got measured. Alot of the helmets will vary by sizes. Once you get measured, you can simply order one online. I'll send you a PM of a couple of places that have pretty good prices.

Most places that stock them around me only have the motorcycle (M) helmets, but the sizes should be the same. As suggested above, find one that fits then go order a Snell SA2005 helmet online.
There are a million places, start with saferacer.com and see what they have...
If you're going to buy a HANS, then buy the helmet at the same time from the same place. They'll drill it for you and ship both together.

I am not sure where they are located but http://soloracer.com/index.html seems to be popular and have many helmets, including some that are hans ready. Their helmet buyers guide is also very helpful.
