84 crossfire
would it help my horse power by adding nitrous , a turbo, or supercharger, possible a cam on my crossfire or would it be better to do a motor swap to a ls1 or carberated 350

you can do a carb swap on your crossfire motor but it will kill your gas mileage but you will see a nice increase in power. First though try porting your intake manifold, maybe an exhaust and it will wake up the car alot. I have an 84 and for now going to port the manifold, exhaust, k&n filter and do a proper tune up. its a major difference over stock with just those things. I was originally going to do carb swap but decided against it. You can also have your throttle bodies ported, headers and cat delete for alittle more hp. Could throw a small shot 50-75 of nitrous if you really wanted to. ls1 swap really wouldnt be worth it, just sell the car and get 92-96 vette(not ls1 but still much better motor and cheaper).
