Nutsert Spinning

I was removing a bolt that has a nutsert sleve. The nutsert is spinning so I am unable to get the bolt out. Has anyone had this problem? If so how did you get it out? Thanks in advance.

I had to cut off the bolt with Dremel tool and then cut out nutsert. I tried to grab the outside of the nutsert but no luck.

Can you put upward pressure on the bolt while turning ??(maybe a screwdriver under the head)This might remove both or at least get it so you can grab the threadsert..just a thought.........

I did try to pry a screwdriver between the frame and the spinning nutsert with no luck. Looks like I will have to cut the bolt and then try to get the nutsert out.

I tried the same thing and also tried to make a groove in the side of the nutsert and hold it but no good. Good luck.
