Need help with A/C recharge!!!
Ok, so the refrigerant is low in my 92 LT1. I'm sure there's a leak somewhere so I picked up some R-134a (previous owner replaced compressor and replaced system with R-134a) refrigerant with a leak detection dye and went to charge the system.
has anyone else had trouble getting the hose to connect to the low side charging port due to the close proximity of the radiator shroud on their LT1? I have the R-134a low side adapter attached and I cant get the hose to connect since there isnt enough space.
If anyone has a fix or idea please let me know.
The low side port IS the one closest to the radiator shroud right?
