Is there a torque spec for Knock Sensor

Default Is there a torque spec for Knock Sensor
1988 Knock sensor, is there a specified torque for this part, or do I just do what I did and tighten until I felt it was tight enough before I snapped it off.

I also use Blue thread sealant, didnt want to use red in case I would have to remove it anytime.

There is a torque spec, I don't have my Helms in front of me, but I want to say it is around 7-15 lb/ft but its been a few years since I installed one.

Torque on a '91 knock sensor is 14ft/lbs.

Most sensors you buy already have sealant on the threads. There is no need for more.

88 is the same.OEM should come with sealant applied and you should not use any more.Especially teflon as someone recommended.
