O2 Sensor Readings??
Is it normal to see the Millivolt reading from the O2 sensor jump all
over, any were from 100 to 800 when engine is warmed up. I'm using
Diacom software and not sure if some of what I'm seeing is not related
to scan time?? The engine does have headers and could this cause the
readings to bunce around?
What would be considered the normal vacuum in Hg at idle for a
fairly stock TPI engine. Engine is a 90 TPI speed density 350 bored 30 over. You also see O2 Sensor Transitions counting fast and learn to
rich changing rapidly.

yes it should be moving rapidly, and yes you should see plenty of cross counts (going above or below .550mv).
On your 90 you can also get an idea of approx.vac. by looking at the MAP Kpa. at idle etc. and then compare:
Kpa./Hg.
25/22.5
30/21.1
35/19.6
40/18.1
45/16.6
50/15.2
55/13.7
60/12.2
65/10.7
70/9.3
80/6.3
90/3.3
100/0.4
