Default 87 Headlamp problems

I'm out of ideas. The rt side headlamp will not work. I have replaced the 3 relays as well as a new headlamp motor on the rt side and it still will not work. The lt side is fine, if you manually open the rt side (with the light unplugged) then plug the light back in it will close. I feel like all I have done is thrown money at this thing. I would really appreciate any help or ideas.

If you look at the RH Door Relay socket, it has the following colored wires.

Yellow wire
Black wire which is ground
White/Black
Dark green/White
Red (12 volts)
If you unplug the relay and use a volt meter, you should measure 12 volts from the Black wire to the Red wire.

If no 12 volts the RH headlight motor will not open. Could be a blown fusible link or bad connection.

The Red wire is hot at all times and comes from a fusible link.
Look behind and below the battery. You'll see a stud with a bunch of red wires. That's the battery jumper block and where that red wire originates.

If the fusible link were open circuit, then the headlight motor wouldn't run in either direction. I think your problem is inside. The motor has what looks like relay contacts on each end of the motor and one contact is forced together at the end of the headlight travel to allow the motor to reverse when power is applied through the correct relay. You need to take the motor apart and look at the condition of these contacts.
