A4 shift **** removal?
Its one of the few things i lack in taking out the center console
I think it jsut screws on right? But couldnt get it to turn one bit
how you get the darn thing off?

Yes, you will need snap ring pliers to get the snap ring off, once you have removed the button. Then, the handle just slides up and off. Won't take you long at all, if you have the right tools.
