Default My New Nitrous System

Here's a few pictures of my new nitrous system that was installed. It's twin custom painted bottles with electronic openers and heated stands with a computerized processor with purge with the blue led light coming out of my cowl hood. Also I had the twin pillar post pods with a orange digital fuel and nos gauges to match the dash. Also in the second picture you can see my custom made control box inwhich can be unpluged and removed when not in use.

I still need to take some pictures under the hood.

Looks nice.

Nice job on the graphics on the bottles.

Can you still close the rear shade for the stealth look?

Heated stands?? I had not heard of heated stands. Can you provide some info on where you got them and their cost compared to bottle warming blankets?

Thanks

My installer purchased all the hardware from Nitrous Works of Texas. I will look to see if I can get some more information for you. I know they were not cheap.

Thanks for the info. I did find some stand heaters from nitrous express and others with a quick search. I really like the idea as I just bought and am adding a cold fusion nitrous direct port kit to my 396 and they ran out of warmers. I was going to the automatic pressure regulated kit but like to look at all of the options.

Thanks again

Thanks again for the tip on the bottle heater stands. I may go ahead and pick up two for my dual bottle setup on my Monte Carlo.

No problem. The only thing I am going to add to the stands is I bought some dynomat and cuting it into 3/4 inch strips and sticking under the metal bands that go around the bottles so they don't scratch the paint job. I will cut it thin enough so that they will not be seen and should hold the bottles down more secure. The straps are not a part of the heating system.
