can the stock computer in my '86 ragtop be re-programed, i.e. fan switch setting, trans shift points, anything else?

If you're inclined to do so, you can do it yourself. Lots of fun. Tunercat.com has the warez and links to get you an eprom burner and eraser. :chevy
