Default Problem after using Hypertech programmer

I used a Hypertech programmer #30027 on my 1996 Corvette Convertible with LT4 motor. After changing the program to make fan come on at a lower temp, my PKE (Passive Keyless Entry)system quit working. Even after removing program it still will not work. I have tried to teach the remote, but nothing. Hypertech support does not even know what this remote key system is and is giving me the run around saying it has to be my car. I unlocked the car with my remote 5 minuted before connecting the programmer.
Was wondering if anyone has had a simular problem with this remote system or witrh using the Hypertech programmer?
Thanks

IIRC the PCM has nothing to do with the PKE.

Coincidence.

Maybe you were sitting on the remote while programing...and the battery went dead....just a guess.

I don't remember seeing any references to the PKE looking through the PCM tables.
