Default help diagnosing sound

my car is sick and needs help
I've done a cam swap, 1.6 RR w/ taller valve covers, new springs, lapped the valves, and an LT1 intake manifold swap.

Now I know there was a massive oil leak and I lost a lot of oil, at this point there wasn't much in it, when I added 2qts it got better however you could still hear it.

my best guess atm is a spun bearing...

well I went with a very different cam than many people went with so she needs a reallll good tune however when I drove her it's a whole new animal.

I'm loving it, definate loss of tq down low (tune will help that and if I do need a new bottom end I'll 383 mine). However at at 2k rpm she starts to move and she'll move fast, I'm getting gobs of power to 6k. The ignition system will need some freshening up as it starts having some trouble at about 5500. upgrade the coil and module, not too hard.

Although it's hard to tell how it will end up but if the day I got with it before the oil leak and the sound I have to say I love the new intake. It has a tonne of potential and I cannot wait to see what she can do with a good tune.

Sounds like a rod to me. You say you ran it out of oil? Not a good sound really.
