Default MSD Help

I have an 85 c4 vette and am wanting to put an MSD ignition system and dist in. Does anyone have any ideas for where to mount the box. Some one suggested moving the battery to the back of the car and mounting the box where the battery goes but I think that would look ghetto.
Any advice from anyone who has either done it in the past or seen someone's car with it would be great.
Thanks
Bill

Put it up front under the headlights.

I mounted mine on the drivers side fender and built a heat shield over #1 & #3. It worked well. I had also see this mounted on the battery, but didn't like the looks. I also considered mounting it up front near the lights but didn't like the idea of haveing to splice wires to run that additional distance.

One of my customers had his put there long before we were in business. It's his daily driver and he has never had an issue with it being up there. I'd personally try to mount it where the battery is and relocate the battery. That's a lot more work than just moving the box to the front, though.
