pics of my set up are here http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1984753
i also want a new intake
If you need hotter spark, there's something I've heard of that I might suggest. They're called pulse plugs, supposedly able to give a 5 times hotter spark than a traditional platinum plug.

Check it out, that might be just what you need instead of replacing your entire fuel ignition system.
I have my doubts about this, and $25.00 each is not cheap.
I think you should buy a set and tell us how they run on your new motor.
To the OP, check out the FIRST intake, looks stock, but works well on an engine like yours. For the ignition system, stock will work fine, but you may need a small cap dizzy for the new intake.

First you need to see if you can buy some capital letters for your post. What causes you to make the comment, "i need more spark" (sic)?

Damn! And I left my snake oil in my other wagon. FYI, a platinum plug gives no hotter a spark than any other plug.
I have always been in favor of using a MSD 6A or 6AL.. it has always help my cars with cams in smoothing out the idle and WOT performance.. (as will as the Mallory and Accel units). the Multi-Spark CD could help you some. ?
