Default 1994 C4 Lt1 Intermitant Problem

hey guys need some help, my c4 is acting up but not all the time, it has to be something minor and tune up related i think, i have replaced the the fuel filter, pcv, and air filter so far, i believe 94 had plat plugs which are good for 80- 100k, my car only has 45k on it, what the car is doing is almost stalling, rpm's get real low almost like its starving for fuel, but only after the car has been started, never does it when its cold and does not do it all the time, and never when your driving or at a light, only when you first start it, giving it some gas clears it up after about 5 sec, i have also done gm top engine clean and fuel injector cleaner, the car sat for 3 years proir to about a month ago when i bought it, could this be a distribtor problem, any ideas out there? thanks guys

I had similar issues before with both a cracked spark plug and an arching plug wire. Wait till it's dark and take a close look under the hood. You'll be able to see the arching (and possibly hear it) then.

Just a thought.

I wouldn't bank on those platinum plugs lasting that long especially when the pucks come off.

I'd leave that "cap and rotor" alone unless it is failing.

at this point looks like im gonna do plugs and wires and not do the distributor since its very pricey, see what happens with just the plugs and wires, any more feedback would be great..thanks guys

Pull your codes before doing anything.Clean your IAC/ TB passage second. Top end cleaner does nothing for cleaning the TB.
