How are you running the belt so it misses the air Intake tube on a L98?
Looking at my EWP (Proform ) if the A/c bracket did physically clear
then you would need spacers to make up the difference in height where the bracket sits on the pump mounting bolts.
Thanks for the Reply's Guy's I wanted to just use the crank, power steering , alt. and over the air pump delete pulley and leave out the air cond. alltogether. It might be tough trying to route the belt straight down after coming over the air pump delete pulley. I'll do a search also on this. THANKS Pipe

Recall if doing A/c delete others have run the belt behind the idler pulley not in front to acheive tension; shorter belt
Why are you going to EWP?
IF you don't need a EWP can use normal rotation long pump with adjustable alt brace.
Belt runs pump - crank - PS - alt.
Does away with air pump eliminator and A/c completely.
nice and clean ; plenty of access.
have pics
Saw your question on the ac bracket, It is definately not bolt-on. We had to modify the area where the bolts go through to work with the electric pump.
Measure from the block out, the distance where the bolts/nuts are located using the stock pump. Then you have to be sure the bracket and bolts are in the same location when using the electric water pump.
PS. I put another pulley on the air delete bracket to offset the loss of the water pump pulley. I have AC with the electric pump.
rodj can ya send me some pix so I can see what you are talking about. Maybe i'll get a better idea if I see it. Pipeline310@aol.com or post em on here. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP Pipe ps. i'm just tryin little things now to try and get the car to run 12.99 as it's previous best is 13.23 with bolt on mods. Stock Block, Stock Heads, Stock Intake. Just tryin to get that little extra. Gonna run it in 3rd gear instead of OD and remove the spare tire and holder and Elec. Water Pump. Just thought it would help a little not having to turn as many accessories. Pipe
