One trick is to just cut the wire going to the relay under the back hatch trim panel and splice the new wire onto it. There is a rubber grommet that the original wire goes through near the antenna motor that is a real pita to get the wire through. I spliced mine there and saved alot of time and headaches.
I replaced mine with a Harada from Mid America. It was a breeze. It comes with detailed instructions. You can also download the instructions from MAM's site and see if it is something you want to tackle. I did not splice a single wire.
