The most info on LT1 tuning for E85 can be found at the impalass forum. But they changed software a while back so I don't know how well you can search the older threads. I know all my bookmarks to threads over there don't work anymore...

I've got a couple tanks of e85 through mine. Turned the fuel pressure up to emulate bigger injectors. Went to the track tonight, but was closed due to rain. Looking for some red top Fords and I'll turn the pressure back down. It idles a bit different, but runs fine so far. If it eats the fuel lines or pump or injector seals or whatever I'll just replace. Don't see much of that happening.
