Hypertech Question????????
1996....Got programmer today and 160 stat.......Question>>>> I understand what changes I get by pressing Y...>>>What I don't want is the reset rev. limiter.......SO.....Can I press no and go to custom and download the tuning, skip the rev. limit and on to cooling fans for a 160 stat. and have the same thing as if i would have choose Y at the beginning only wiiithout the rev. limit ??/ Whew!!!!Thanks!!!!!!

Louie, sent you an email. If you just want the engine settings & fan adjustments you can just go through the custom install & answer "N" to anything you don't want to change. It will take a little longer to answer the extra questions but it will be just the changes you want! Which is why you bought it right!!

If you have an auto, then you have an LT1. I don't think the Hypertech raises the rev limiter on the LT1s.
