I installed new shorty headers, new O2 sensors, new MSD Pro-Billet Optic Distributor, new MSD Blaster Coil, new MSD wires and new OEM AC plugs.
The Vette started right away and lasted 2 seconds, tried again, lasted 2-3 seconds, again, 3 seconds. I tried a fourth time and this one lasted a bit longer. The idle was a "perfect" idle, no shaking, no misfiring
I checked all connections, all are ok, all breathers and vacuums are plugged so, I decided to stop, disconnected the battery and wrapped it for the night.
Any toughts or ideas, what the heck may be wrong?
Last year we installed a 95 LT1 motor in to a 66 Corvette. and every time we disconnected the battery it did the same thing. Every time we tried to start it it got better and better then it would run fine. It was like the ECU had to relearn how to make it run. Never seen it on any other LT1. One thing we did use a MSD optic distributor. Please let me know if you find the problem.

It's 11:15 PM PST, She is Alive!!! I went into the garage cursed at it, re-looked at everything and the SOB just started right away. Let it run until oil got to 140 F with no problems. The only abnormality was the smoke coming from the collectors (WD-40) that will go away tomorrow.
I've done this crap five times already and never had a problem maybe, ist's just destiny....
Thanks to all for the help and I guess once I take her on the road I'll have to get it tuned. I read in here that we can do our own tuning using a laptop. Can I do that? Does it come with instructions or do I need to be an expert?
Thanks
Pete
Post in Scan & Tune about datalogging. It take a little bit to tune I would do a datalog and send it off for the tune if I were you but you may be ok you did not do that much to it. After it has time to relearn the fuel tables it might be OK as is.
It could be your ignition module next to the coil. I put new opti in one time and the car ran for a few minutes and died. It turned out to be the module.
