Brake problem
I have 2 problems, maybe.
1) Every 2-3 weeks, I have to refill my reservior and I cant find the leak
2) For the 2nd time in a the last 2 month, the brakes went the floor and after I turned off the car and restarted the car the brakes worked fine, I think they are related. I fear I have an air bubble in my lines by the M/C or is my M/C going south?

How much fluid are you having to add? Just a ounce or so, or does the fluid level go way down?
Could be that the master has a leak that is going into the booster. Pull the vaccum line off the booster and see if there is any moisture in the hose.

I had my mastercylinder do the same thing last year went to the parts ladi on that auction site for the best price. Easy to replace the M/C then flush your system and bleed! If you have noone to help you try speedbleeders! they work great if you are alone worth every penny imo

...could also be a leaking seal directly at the back of the m/c and that too going into the booster...

..well EITHER WAY it would involve replacing the m/c if it displayed any form of leakage.....
