Default Need a Tune for my 95

Does anyone know a good place to get your computer retuned in the NY/NJ area? I do not want to do a mail order retune and the vette doctors do NOT retune C4's, only C5's & 6's. Any suggestions?

What about an email tune and upload it yourself with a laptop and cable? That's how I did my 95. (PCMFORLESS) I guess your looking for a custom dyno tune though. Expect to pay about $500 or so.

I figured it was going to cost that much...It seems like no tuners wants to spend time tuning 94,95, & 96 vettes...guess we are out of luck when it comes down to custom dyno tuning

I believe HPtuners and EFILive both have the software to tune your car. You could buy the software and install it on a laptop then take it to a good dyno shop and have them tune it. Then you'd have the software if you want to play around with it yourself or if you change things later.

I'm using Datamaster TTS to log data and TunerCat software for tuning on my 95 with a USB to OBD II conector cable from Moates.net. The software is available in trial versions if you already have a laptop and want to try it out. You would still need the $80 USB/OBD cable and the $20 software definition file. If tuning you may also want a WBO2 sensor which can get expensive. I'm looking for a way to tie the WBO2 sensor into the PCM to log data with Datamaster instead of having to buy the seperate reader.

Tunercat Screens

Datamaster screen from a track run in 07. I had throttle cable issues. Notice the %TPS.
