I have a 95 LT1, and when I trun the key it build about 40lbs of pressure, and when I'm driving its at least that high.
But as soon as I turn it off the fuel pressure drops to zero with in a few seconds, then it doesnt want to start very easy, and sometime it has a rough idle and my volt meter jumps up and down.
Does it make sence for my problem to be a bad Fuel Pressure Regulator?
P.S. The reason my fuel pressure is so high its because I had it tuned for the little cam.
