Possible to shut off alarm?
An example: I unlock the car with the electric key, get in, shut the door, turn the car on and the alarm goes off - but only about every 5th time or so. No rhyme or reason here.
Another example: I park, turn the car off, get out and shut the door, hit the keyless to lock it and the alarm goes off. But again, only whenever, not everytime.
So I can pretty much count on my alarm going off at any given moment. Losing major cool points here everywhere I go -
.I want my horn to work. I want my keyless entry to lock and unlock my doors. I do not want the alarm anymore. Is it possible to shut of the alarm part of this only?

The aftermarket alarm usually uses a separately installed siren while the factory alarm uses the horns.
If it's the aftermarket alarm then find the siren and disconnect it. It will also probably have an engine cut off relay and you will need to make that go away. I assume you want to keep it because you want to use the keyless entry feature?
If it's the factory alarm that keeps going off then you probably have an issue where the keyless entry on your aftermarket is interfering with the factory alarm. If that's the case it becomes a whole 'nother animal.
