Default Heater/AC problem

My heater and AC both work, but the flow of air coming out of the vents is very low! The fan is working properly...I replaced the hi fan relay and removed the motor and the impeller looks fine and I stuck my hand in there and felt no blockages as far as I could feel. The fan speeds up as I move the switch, so appears to be working OK.

Now I am going to have to look inside the car for a solution...any ideas?

Unless it has the wrong squirrel cage, leaking/broken ductwork is the only other possibility. I would jump the blower directly to the battery just to make sure it's at full tilt. I would also take a look at the connector and if it's discolored, solder the terminals to the wires to stop the voltage drop. And, I would want to double/triple check for battery voltage at the connector with a DVM. Otherwise, remove the passenger side hush panel and if there's a stream of air blowing pass the ECM, you'll need to remove the top pad and seal everything back up. You might also jack it up so that you can feel around the lower part of the Evaporator Case. If it's been replaced, some don't get that sealed back up real well and all of your air flows onto the pavement.
